Microsoft releases dotnetup, a rustup-style installer for .NET

Microsoft has launched a public preview of dotnetup, a cross-platform CLI that installs .NET SDKs and runtimes without admin rights. It keeps versions isolated in user directories and works the same on Windows, macOS and Linux.
