ReactOS hits major milestone with NTFS install support

Open source Windows alternative ReactOS can now be installed directly onto an NTFS partition, removing a long-standing FAT32 requirement. The new driver still lacks caching, journaling and security support, so performance is lower and undiscovered bugs may remain.
