Microsoft ships .NET 11 RC2 one month before stable release

Microsoft has released .NET 11 Release Candidate 2, expected to be the final pre-release build of the platform. The RC comes with a go-live support license for production use and is supported in the new Visual Studio 2026 Insiders and VS Code with the C# Dev Kit.
