Robot dog RAIBO2 ran a marathon on one charge, details published in Nature

South Korean researchers at KAIST published details in Nature of how their quadruped RAIBO2 completed a 42.195 km marathon on a single battery charge in 4 hours, 19 minutes and 52 seconds. It achieved three times the range of comparable quadrupeds and a cost of transport of 0.25 versus 0.37 for humans.
