TechInsights Teardown Confirms TSMC 2nm Nanosheet Transistors in iPhone 18 Pro

TechInsights published the first independent analysis of Apple's A20 Pro, confirming gate-all-around nanosheet transistors on TSMC's N2 process. The die measures about 98.2 mm² with a six-core CPU and seven-core GPU, and Apple claims doubled AI performance over the A19 Pro.
