Netherlands and Germany Bet EUR40M on AI Chip Architecture, Not New Factories

NADI and SPRIND launched the AI-Native Chip Design Challenge, a EUR40 million competition funding energy-efficient AI processor architectures. Seven teams get up to EUR2.6 million in Stage 1, with three finalists receiving EUR7 million each in Stage 2.
