Windows 11 gets new look as Microsoft design boss confirms more ancient dialogs are next

Microsoft confirmed it is rewriting legacy Windows 11 dialogs in WinUI 3, including the speech packages window and "Reset this PC". Some windows will first get dark theme, with full replacement depending on risk.

• Speech packages dialog and "Reset this PC" to be rewritten in WinUI 3
• New "Run" dialog opens in 94 ms vs 103 ms for old one
• AutoPlay and Print Management app already moved to WinUI
• Microsoft has no plans to remove Control Panel
