Microsoft Publisher reaches end of life in October 2026

Publisher will disappear from Microsoft 365 subscriptions on October 1, 2026, and perpetual Office 2021 and LTSC 2021 copies lose support, including security updates, on October 13. Existing .PUB files won't be deleted, but few programs besides Publisher can open them.
