Microsoft retires Azure Deployment Environments with no replacement

Microsoft is retiring Azure Deployment Environments on February 22, 2027, with no successor product, and Dev Box on September 18, 2028, pointing users to Windows 365. Customers are told to rebuild provisioning with Bicep, ARM templates and CI/CD pipelines instead.
