Microsoft tests new file removal options for Windows 11 Cloud Rebuild

Microsoft released new Windows 11 builds for Insiders. In Experimental build 26340.9502, the Cloud Rebuild feature in the recovery environment can now delete all files from the PC before reinstalling the system, including a 'remove & sanitize' option for guaranteed data erasure.
