Windows 11 adds native speed test in Quick Settings, dropping Bing redirect

Windows 11 Insider build 26340.9767 runs an internet speed test directly in Quick Settings, showing ping, download and upload speeds without opening a browser. The old shortcut opened Bing.com; the new flyout is powered by Ookla Speedtest.

• Test starts from a Quick Settings tile, the Wi-Fi flyout or the network icon's right-click menu
• Shows ping, download and upload speeds with a gauge up to 1000+ Mbps
• The previous shortcut opened Bing.com in the default browser
• Available in build 26340.9767 via the Quick Settings Speed Test feature flag
