Windows 11 tests window-title list instead of thumbnails and a phone tile in Quick Settings

An experimental Windows 11 build (26340.9596) adds a "Show taskbar previews as" option that can replace hover thumbnails with a compact list of window titles. Quick Settings also gains a Mobile devices tile for controlling a linked Android phone — Do Not Disturb, ringer and a ring-to-find sound — without opening Phone Link.

• "Show taskbar previews as" option offers Thumbnail or List in Taskbar settings
• List view shows window titles, echoing Windows XP's grouped-window menu
• Mobile devices tile in Quick Settings controls a linked Android phone
• Do Not Disturb, volume and Play sound work without opening Phone Link
