Cognizant to acquire Australian SAP partner DyFlex Solutions

Cognizant has agreed to acquire Perth-based DyFlex Solutions, an SAP transformation specialist with AI-led process advisory. DyFlex has over 300 staff and grew revenue 350% in three years. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2027; financial terms were not disclosed.
