HD Hyundai Marine Solution to acquire Goltens for $247M

HD Hyundai Marine Solution has agreed to buy 100% of US-based engine service provider Goltens for $247 million (about 331.5 billion won). The deal strengthens its global maintenance, repair and overhaul business for marine and land-based engines.
