SAP to acquire AI work intelligence provider TechWolf
SAP announced on October 6, 2026, an agreement to acquire TechWolf, a Belgian provider of an AI work intelligence platform. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026 subject to regulatory approval; terms were not disclosed. TechWolf will become the intelligent core of SAP SuccessFactors and boost the Joule assistant.
