Grindr acquires HIV prevention provider Freddie for $250M

Grindr is acquiring telehealth provider Freddie, which supplies PrEP medication to prevent HIV, for $250 million in cash and stock. Freddie will merge with Grindr's Woodwork telehealth unit into a single Grindr Health service offering PrEP at little to no cost.
