SAP brings Joule AI agents to the back office and acquires TechWolf

At its Connect conference in Las Vegas, SAP unveiled new Joule Assistants for finance, spend management, HR, customer experience and supply chain, with most rolling out through early adopter programs and GA by Q1 2027. The company also announced plans to acquire Belgium's TechWolf and launched SAP Pay in the U.S. and U.K.
