SAP expands autonomous AI push with new Joule Assistants and agents
At SAP Connect, SAP unveiled new AI agents and assistants across Joule Work and the SAP Autonomous Suite, built on the SAP Business AI Platform. The products will be offered as SAP-managed services via the SAP for Me portal starting this month; Joule Work is already live with 110,000 SAP employees, delivering 20% productivity gains in finance, HR and procurement.
