SITA to acquire Collins Aerospace Airport Solutions

SITA has agreed to acquire Collins Aerospace Airport Solutions, an RTX subsidiary supplying passenger processing, baggage handling and biometric systems deployed at airports in Tokyo, Las Vegas and the Philippines. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027; terms were not disclosed.
