Telstra ends Australia's RCS wait: Android from 16 November, iPhone after iOS update

Telstra will begin enabling RCS messaging for Android customers from 16 November 2026, with iPhone users following after Apple's December iOS release. The rollout is set to complete by the end of 2026, with RCS enabled by default at no extra cost.
