Siemens Tessent Silicon Executable translates test patterns to interfaces and protocols

Siemens' Tessent Silicon Executable software translates test patterns and applies them directly to high-speed interfaces and protocols. It launches in collaboration with Advantest and Teradyne, which will embed the software in automated test equipment.
