Midgard Infra to build Sweden-Finland subsea cable

Midgard Infra, formerly Altibox Carrier, is deploying an unrepeatered subsea cable linking Sweden and Finland, spanning roughly 200 km with 144 fiber pairs. Construction is set to begin in early 2027, with service expected in 2029.
