Flag to deploy Ciena Waveserver platform on Echo subsea cable

Flag (formerly GCX) will deploy Ciena's WaveLogic 6 Extreme technology on the Echo subsea cable between Asia and North America. The upgrade enables new 400GbE and 800GbE services on the 17,000km-plus route owned by Google and Meta.
