NeoAI Cloud raises 600 billion won for Pohang AI data center

NeoAI Cloud has closed 600 billion won in financing — 450 billion won in project financing loans and 150 billion won in equity — for the first phase of its AI data center in Pohang, with 40 MW of grid capacity and 32 MW of IT load. Hyundai E&C is building the facility, service launch is targeted for Q4 2027, and NHN Cloud has pre-leased 16 MW.
