OP Mobility to buy Hyundai Mobis lamp business for 600 billion won

OP Mobility has signed a final deal to acquire 100% of Hyundai Mobis's lamp business for 600 billion won. The unit posted 2.5 trillion won in 2025 revenue and runs five plants in Korea, China, Mexico and the Czech Republic. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2027 pending regulatory approval.
