Hono restricts external pull requests on its main repository

On October 5, Hono creator Yusuke Wada announced that external contributors can no longer open pull requests on the honojs/hono main repository. The MIT-licensed source remains available and member development continues. Wada gave no explicit reason, while Sindre Sorhus attributed his own October 1 restrictions to AI.
