Laravel Cloud launches preview environments for every pull request

On September 28, 2026, Laravel Cloud introduced preview environments: each pull request gets its own deployment with a unique URL, auto-updates on new commits, and is deleted when the PR is merged or closed. Idle environments scale to zero to cut infrastructure costs.
