CodeRabbit Triage: AI prioritizes pull requests, free for open source

CodeRabbit launched Triage, an AI feature that ranks pull requests from P0 to P3, suggests reviewers and recommends next steps. It is free for open-source projects, while private organizations need the Team plan at $48 per user per month billed annually. The feature is currently in open beta on GitHub Cloud only.
