Zed launches Delta as agents make pull requests obsolete

Zed opened public beta of Delta, an environment where developers and coding agents work in shared threads instead of pull requests. It is based on DeltaDB, which records changes at the level of individual edits. Inside Zed, 33 developers made 570 changes without PRs.
