System76's COSMIC project updated its contribution rules to reject pull requests containing LLM-generated content, including code, comments and PR descriptions. The change aims to reduce review workload from first-time contributors using LLMs. Only cosmic-flatpak is exempt, as upstream projects manage its manifests.
