Microsoft and Google back Apache Ossie for data and AI interoperability
Microsoft and Google have joined Apache Ossie, an open specification for exchanging semantic models across data, analytics and AI platforms. Over 60 companies including Databricks, Nvidia, Oracle, Salesforce and Snowflake back the project; Microsoft is building a two-way Power BI converter, while Google adds BigQuery/GoogleSQL support.
