Netlify moves Edge Functions to Firecracker MicroVMs

Netlify migrated its Edge Functions from a hosted V8-isolate service to Firecracker MicroVMs running inside its own edge network. Warm invocation overhead dropped from 25–40 ms to about 5–6 ms at the median, with p99 invocations 47.4% faster and 99.998% availability.
