At embedded world North America 2026 in Anaheim (September 22–24), GigaDevice, Microchip, Axiomtek and Infineon showcased edge AI running on microcontrollers: the 252 MHz GD32F503, a 600 MHz Cortex-M7 GD32H7 for robotics, on-device face recognition and speech-to-text on PSOC Edge.
