Ericsson, Vodafone demo AI-enabled instant call translation

Vodafone and Ericsson have trialled network-native AI for voice services, demonstrating real-time noise cancellation and in-call language translation in lab conditions. The setup combines a Vodafone application server and AI engines with Ericsson's IMS via APIs, with no apps or new hardware required.
