Samsung Wallet brings fingerprint authentication for UPI payments in India

Samsung has added biometric authentication to Samsung Wallet for UPI payments in India, letting users approve transactions with a fingerprint instead of a UPI PIN. The feature works for payments up to INR 10,000 (~$104), with the limit raised from INR 5,000.
