British Army buys over 1,000 small drones for £16 million

The UK Ministry of Defence has ordered 1,025 small surveillance drones for £16 million from three British companies, including 245 FOXE-NATO drones from Evolve Dynamics and 670 Skydio X10 INTL units. A further £400 million will replace the Watchkeeper system with Tekever AR5 drones, growing from six to 24 by 2029.
