SiPearl ships first Rhea1 server chip samples for Europe's JUPITER supercomputer

French fabless company SiPearl, backed by the EU and France, has delivered the first Rhea1 CPU samples to Bull for integration into Europe's JUPITER exascale supercomputer. The chip moves from bring-up and validation into customer system integration.
