watchOS 27.2 beta 2 restores App Switcher with a new gesture

Apple released watchOS 27.2 beta 2 for developers, bringing back the App Switcher that was removed in watchOS 27. It is now triggered by a long press at the bottom of the screen, while the Digital Crown still scrolls through recent apps.
