RP2350 microcontroller outputs 1080p DVI video

Developer Aaron Gayle generated a 1080p DVI signal from an RP2350 microcontroller by overclocking it to 372 MHz. Without a framebuffer, the image is drawn scanline by scanline, a technique typical of 1980s 8-bit computers. The code is part of TVtop, a board game that displays its board on a TV.
