GSMA: RCS has 6–12 months to establish itself in business messaging

GSMA Intelligence reports that RCS carries 3.2 billion messages daily, but interactive brand-to-customer chats remain a small share. Lead analyst Emanuel Kolta warned the platform has a 6- to 12-month window to become the primary business communication channel before rival messaging apps take over.
