APT 3.3.5 speeds up dependency resolution by up to 20%

The APT package manager has been updated to version 3.3.5, with solver optimizations making dependency resolution 10–20% faster and cutting page faults by 65%. The SAT solver core was extracted into a separate component, and Signed-By no longer accepts key fingerprints, moving to keyring files instead. The release is available in Debian Unstable (Sid).
