APT 3.3.4 adds SHA3 support and tightens download verification

APT, the package manager for Debian and Ubuntu, has been updated to version 3.3.4 with support for SHA3-256 and SHA3-512 hashing, though SHA3 checksum generation stays disabled by default. The release also makes APT reject downloads when a required hash cannot be calculated and properly surfaces OpenSSL hashing failures.
