Infineon and Enphase unveil 900 V GaN switches for AI data centres

Infineon is supplying Enphase with 900 V monolithic bidirectional CoolGaN switches, which the companies call the world's first at this voltage rating. Enphase is integrating them into its IQ Solid-State Transformer for AI data centre power systems moving toward 800 V and future 1500 VDC distribution.
