Infineon, Nvidia push GaN power for 800-volt AI data centers

Infineon Technologies is expanding its work with Nvidia on 800-volt DC power architectures for AI data centers, focusing on gallium nitride (GaN) chips in the intermediate bus converter (IBC). The company announced the effort on October 21.
