Claude in AWS GovCloud, Zod 4.5 speedups, JDK 28 Structured Concurrency

Claude Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5 are now available on Amazon Bedrock in AWS GovCloud with FedRAMP and DoD IL4/IL5 authorization, bringing Claude Code inside federal compliance boundaries. Zod 4.5 adds schema precompilation for 3–9x faster parsing, and Structured Concurrency exits preview in JDK 28.
