JEP 543 Finalizes Structured Concurrency in JDK 28

JEP 543 has integrated the StructuredTaskScope API in java.util.concurrent into JDK 28 at final status with no changes from JDK 27's seventh preview. Teams on JDK 27 only need to recompile without --enable-preview. JDK 28 is scheduled for general availability in March 2027.

• StructuredTaskScope API finalized with no changes from the seventh preview in JDK 27
• Structured concurrency went through seven previews, from JEP 453 in JDK 21 to JEP 533 in JDK 27
• Migration from JDK 26 replaces FailedException with ExecutionException and adds the R_X type parameter
• JDK 28 is scheduled for release in March 2027
