Kuaishou rolls out AI digital staff for Kuaishou Shop merchants

Kuaishou has added eight AI digital staff to the merchant workbench of Kuaishou Shop, its e-commerce storefront, targeting small sellers who run a shop alone or part-time. The always-on agents diagnose stores, answer questions on traffic and refunds, generate and post videos, and assist with livestreams, after-sales and logistics.
