Seven ways the US military detects, disrupts and destroys drones
The US military is building layered counter-drone defenses combining high-powered microwaves, interceptor drones, automated guns, RF detection, laser dazzling and integrated command systems. In January 2024 RTX won a $75 million contract for 600 Coyote 2C interceptors.
