TSMC restarts Taoyuan Longtan site for CoPoS packaging

Taiwan's National Development Council approved the development plan for Longtan Science Park Phase 3 in Taoyuan on September 17, 2026. After nearly three years of delays, TSMC is restarting work at the site, which will host its CoPoS advanced packaging.
