Spotify launches native in-car app on Android Automotive

Spotify has launched a fully native in-car app built on Google's Android Automotive OS, running directly on vehicle hardware without phone tethering, Bluetooth or cables. It debuts in select Audi models including the A6 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, A5, Q5 and A6, with Spotify rendering its own interface instead of Google templates.
